  • Technical or commercial training with experience in automotive diagnostic equipment or automotive remarketing
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development and sales in relevant industries
  • Interest in sustainability and willingness to learn and train others
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Performance-driven with a high level of professionalism
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Potential to train and manage a US sales team
Your profile
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the automotive, EV parts, and diagnostic equipment industries. They should understand the value chain companies that are our target partners and customers in the US - including EV dealerships, leasing companies, remarketing segments of EV manufacturers, traditional automotive parts and diagnostic equipment companies, distributors, and resellers.
This person should have a smart, friendly disposition, and be ready to work collaboratively with AVILOO’s teams in Austria, the US, and globally to achieve or exceed sales targets. Our mid-term goal is to build a multi-million-dollar business in the US within 3-5 years.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales in the EV battery testing and analysis value chain
  • Acquire and expand new customer accounts - including EV dealerships, distributors, resellers, fleet management, rental companies, and EV manufacturers
  • Collaborate with Austrian-based teams to develop marketing and sales plans for the US and Canada, reporting directly to the Austrian founder
  • Develop national and regional sales strategies, forecasts, and long-term goals
  • Create and implement a Go-to-Market plan to acquire and cultivate new customer accounts
  • Achieve sales objectives by onboarding top-tier customers within 6-9 months
  • Travel across the US to engage with prospects, customers, partners, and attend industry events
  • Participate in regular online sales meetings with the Austrian founder
  • Commit to developing business and marketing strategies for the US
  • Engage in strategic (long-term) and operational (12-24 months) sales planning
  • Provide ongoing support to existing AVILOO customers
  • Report on all activities, including sales and customer requests
  • Work closely with the founder and executive team on marketing, pricing, budget, and sales strategies
  • Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape; adapt strategies as needed
  • Ensure effective communication channels with partners and customers
  • Oversee logistics of AVILOO boxes from Austria to customers in the US
  • Provide first-level support for customer inquiries
  • Utilize Aviloo’s CRM, Salesforce for managing customer accounts, projects, expectations, and feedback
