Your mission

  • First point of contact for all national and international customer inquiries
  • Training and onboarding of private customers in the use of our products
  • Supporting customers in carrying out battery tests
  • Working with the AVILOO testing platform
  • Actively contributing to the design and optimization of efficient customer support processes
  • Customer support and collaboration on international projects
  • Contributing ideas and playing a key role in the company’s success

Your profile

  • Interest in electric vehicles
  • Enjoyment of communicating with customers
  • Commercial or technical secondary education (A-levels); basic technical understanding is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English (a second foreign language is a plus)
  • A calm, professional, and friendly manner
  • Enjoy working in a team with a wide range of tasks
  • Confident communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity and interest in new topics
  • Enthusiasm for using AI – you leverage technology to work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently
  • An independent, precise, and pragmatic working style
  • A preference for working together with colleagues in an office rather than alone at home
