- Du bearbeitest selbstständig Kundenaufträge und Serviceverträge in unseren Systemen Sales Force und interne Tools
- Du überprüfst die Bestellungen und erfasst neue Kundenaufträge und Änderungsaufträge
- Egal ob Management von Aufträgen, Vorbereiten lieferrelevanter Dokumente, Änderungsmanagement oder Dokumentation, du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern gehört zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben
- Du wirst integraler Bestandteil unseres neuen Order Processing Teams und begleitest den gesamten Auftragsabwicklungsprozess und unterstützt bei logistischen Tätigkeiten
- Pflege und Verarbeitung von Daten im CRM (Salesforce)
- Eigenständige Bestellabwicklung und Versand unserer Produkte
- Du bringst Deine guten Ideen ein und gestaltest so maßgeblich den Erfolg des Unternehmens mit
- Du arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung

Dein Profil
- Interesse an Kommunikation und Datenmanagement
- Du packst gerne an und übernimmst auch praktische Aufgaben (z.B. Versandvorbereitung)
- Du hast ein starkes kundenorientiertes Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung und dem Exportmanagement von Vorteil
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit ERP/CRM Systemen und MS Office Anwendungen
- Du bist IT-affin und das Arbeiten mit Zahlen macht dir Spaß
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten helfen dir dabei, dich schnell in neue Tätigkeiten einzuarbeiten und Effizienzen zu steigern
- Eine hohe Kundenorientierung ist für dich ebenso selbstverständlich, wie eine strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreude und Einfühlungsvermögen zeichnen Dich aus
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Auftragsabwicklung eines internationalen Unternehmens von Vorteil
