We are looking for our first dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to take full ownership of our hiring engine. You won't just fill roles; you will be a strategic partner in setting up the TA area, including employer branding, enabling hiring managers and establishing programs to extend our recruitment channels. While you will handle recruitment across the board, your primary mission will be scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
- End-to-End Ownership: You manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all departments, with a heavy emphasis on Sales & Marketing.
- Direct Search Expert: You are a power user of LinkedIn Recruiter. You know how to build talent pipelines and engage passivehigh-performerswhoaren'tlooking at job boards.
- Hiring Manager Enablement: Youdon'tjust "deliver candidates." You coach our hiring managers on interview techniques, feedback loops, and how to "sell" our vision effectively.
- Candidate Experience & Branding: You ensure every touchpoint is professional, warm, and fast.You’llhelp us shape our Employer Brand to stand out.
