Your mission

Build the recruiting engine to scale the company.  
We are looking for our first dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to take full ownership of our hiring engine. You won't just fill roles; you will be a strategic partner in setting up the TA area, including employer branding, enabling hiring managers and establishing programs to extend our recruitment channels. While you will handle recruitment across the board, your primary mission will be scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. 
 
  • End-to-End Ownership: You manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all departments, with a heavy emphasis on Sales & Marketing.
  • Direct Search Expert: You are a power user of LinkedIn Recruiter. You know how to build talent pipelines and engage passive high-performers who aren't looking at job boards.
  • Hiring Manager Enablement: You don't just "deliver candidates." You coach our hiring managers on interview techniques, feedback loops, and how to "sell" our vision effectively.
  • Candidate Experience & Branding: You ensure every touchpoint is professional, warm, and fast. You’ll help us shape our Employer Brand to stand out.
  • Recruiting Ops: You’ll work with and optimize Personio (recruiting moduleand ensure data quality to measure success and report on KPIs.

Your profile

  • The Experience: You bring 5+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a scaling start-up or SaaS environment. You have a proventrack recordof closing high-impact GTM roles.
  • The Toolset: You are an expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and have solid experience with Personio (or any other ATS).
  • The Mindset: You are "Senior" enough to build strategies, but you still love the "hunt" and the daily interaction with candidates.
  • The Strategist: You understand recruiting as a strategic business enabler. You use data to identify bottle necks and improve the hiring funnel.
  • The Communicator: You are fluent in German and English. 
  • The Legal Bit: You already hold a valid work permit for Austria.
  • Confident demeanor,strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interestin exploring new topics.
  • Passion for using AI – you leverage technology to work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently.
  • Independent, precise, and pragmatic work style.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork – and no hesitation to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • A desire to work alongside colleagues in an office rather than alone at home.

  • The minimum salary for this position is €3,267gross/monthin accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience and significantly exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
