Your mission

You are fully responsible for our Kubernetes environments
Design, operation, and continuous improvement of our Kubernetes clusters (on-premise and/or cloud-based) for our software solutions
Automation of deployments and infrastructure (e.g. using GitOps and CI/CD pipelines)
Monitoring, logging, and performance optimization of the systems
Ensuring compliance with business-critical requirements regarding availability, scalability, and security
Evaluation of new tools and technologies in the cloud-native ecosystem

Solid experience in building and operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD and Flux
Knowledge of commonly used cloud-native observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana)
Experience with networking topics in the cloud-native ecosystem (CNIs, Network Policies, etc.)
Enthusiasm for current AI topics and AI tools for agentic engineering
Passion for open source and elegant, innovative solutions
