Electrical Technician for Measurement & Test Equipment (f/m/d)

What you'll be working on

  • Responsible for correct setup/wiring of measurement setups (prototypes & test benches).
  • Measurements on battery modules (V/I/temperature/impedance, depending on set-up).
  • Documentation of test set-ups and measurement results.
  • Support with fault analysis, maintenance, and improvements to the measurement set-up.
  • Development and implementation of new test cycles.

What your bring

  • Completed training/degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar (HTL, university of applied sciences/university).
  • Very good knowledge of measurement technology & clean set-up of measurement circuits.
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working.
  • Sense of responsibility (safety-relevant tasks).
  • Enjoyment of building, soldering, and optimizing circuits and measurement set-ups.
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working.  
  • Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new challenges. We appreciate team players who roll up their sleeves when needed.
Nice to have's 
  • Qualification to work with high voltage (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Programming skills in Python.
  • Understanding of electrical energy storage systems (especially lithium-ion batteries).

  • The minimum salary for this position is €2,547 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5 h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience and significantly exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
