Marketing Campaign Manager (f/m/d)

Wien, Wiener Neudorf
Full-time
Permanent employee

What you'll be working on

  • Lead the creative team: You lead our in-house creative unit including UX design, graphic design, and digital and video assets. You plan capacity, set priorities, give feedback that raises the standard, and decide when work is produced in-house or by a freelancer or an agency.
  • Project managing integrated campaigns: For AVILOO’s larger, cross-channel campaigns, you own the project management from brief to post-campaign wrap, so from running the brief alignment, holding the workback schedule, and to leading the debrief.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing: Growth plans and runs the demand engine like paid media, ABM, SEO, email, and the web shop, and you produce the creative that makes it work, delivered to spec and on time.
  • Campaign production, assets & quality: Every campaign passes through you. You run intake, sequence work on one visible production calendar, and own our asset portfolio, e.g. white papers, case studies, the Battery Report, detect magazine, sales collateral, and more. Nothing ships off brand.
  • Video & modern media: You raise our game in the formats that actually reach people now, e.g. short-form and social-first video, motion graphics, interactive and data-led formats, and make sure our output doesn’t look like a brochure from five years ago.
  • Innovation & AI: You make AI a working part of the creative process - concepting, asset variants, localisation, automated hand-offs - and bring fresh outside perspective on what good looks like

What you bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in campaign management, creative production, or marketing project management - ideally in a B2B technology company, an in-house creative team, or an agency.
  • A bachelor/master's degree in marketing, communication, design, or equivalent experience.
  • Genuine design skill and judgement. You don’t need to be the best designer in the room, but you can critique work credibly, art-direct, and step in hands-on when needed.
  • Proven experience project managing integrated, cross-team campaigns - holding a workback schedule, running a status cadence, and making scope calls under pressure.
  • Strong command of modern media formats (short-form video, motion, social-first creative) and the tools behind them (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar), plus real experience putting AI to work in creative production.
  • Some experience leading or coordinating a small creative team, with the organisation and tool discipline to run several campaigns in parallel and say no to a brief that isn’t ready.
  • Confident, relationship-savvy stakeholder management. You are comfortable pushing back on a Head of department or chasing a colleague for input without damaging the relationship.
  • Very good English skills - both written and verbally. German is a plus.

What we offer

  • A team of your own from day one (UX design, graphic design, and digital and video assets) in a marketing organisation that is being built out right now.
  • The mandate to redesign how we design, manage and produce marketing assets and campaigns, including which tools and which AI we use to do it.
  • Short paths and fast decisions with direct access to the Head of and to the leads of the other marketing pillars.
  • An innovative, performance- and team-oriented work environment where success is celebrated together.
  • Flexible working and entrepreneurial freedom in one of Europe’s most exciting EV tech companies.
  • A workplace with a true start-up mentality, flat hierarchies, and fast decision-making.
  • AI is at the core of how we work and how we think about the future of our processes. We're looking for people who are genuinely excited about that - not just comfortable using AI tools but interested in what becomes possible when you build around them.
  • Reliable work-life balance - personally guaranteed by the CEO.
  • The minimum salary for this position is €3,954 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience and exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
